Q1:How large is your company?
A. There are about 10,000 sqm for our factory.
Q2:How many employees are there in your factory?
A. There are more than 500 employees.
Q3: Do you have office or factory in Hong Kong?
A. It's an office in Hong Kong. The factories are in Shenzhen and Dongguan, China mainland.
Q4:Why do you choose Green Vitality?
A. Green Vitality has enough experienced employees and precision equipments to manufacture high-quality, low-cost mould, not only mould production lead-time is short, but also moulds are delivered on time.
Q5: How is your manufacture condition and What size of mould can you manufacture?
A. We can produce more than 1200 sets of moulds per year, and can build moulds up to aproduct length of 1.5 meter and up to 15 tons weight. We have more than ten years of experiences in mould design and manufacture, as well as obtained excellent praise.
Q6:Which precision grades you can reach?
A. For the mould, we can guarantee the precision to 0.005mm; for the part, 0.01mm
Q7:How much time do you need to quote?
A. Usually we give you a quotation for moulds in three working days unless the product has a very special construction after we receive enquiry with all the necessary details. So you may request to fill a quote form online by clicking here.
Q8:What kind of payment conditions do you accept?
A. Usually we accept standard payment conditions - that is:
40% of total prices down payment, 50% on mould first trial and 10% on mould delivery.Particularly, in case of bigger contracts. The preferable forms of payment are wire transfer and letters of credit. We often use a combination of those.
Q9:Do you know the export tax on mould to USA?
A. Sorry, we don¨t know. Our quotation is FOB Shenzhen. Of course we can help to find it.
Q10:How do you guarantee the quality of your products and delivery time?
A.We have advantageous automatic processing and precise measure equipment, professional human resources who have rich experience in technology. We carry out management and production according to ISO9001 system, it will reduce mistakes in production stage, and shorten manufacturing time.
Q11:How do you monitor the process?
A. Our Project Dept. appoints project engineer to handle every project progress and to communicate with customers.
Q12: How often do you provide progress reports during manufacturing?
A. Weekly progress reports and timelines are sent by E-mail early each work week.
Q13:Can you provide the steel certificate and heat-treatment certificate?
A. Yes, we can. The steel supplier and heat-treatment factory can provide the certificates.
Q14:How long is the lead-time for a mould?
A.It¨s hard to say. It all depends on the mould¨s size and complexity. Usually, the lead- time is about 25-45 days.
Q15: Can you only design a mould for me?
A. Of course, we can.
